National Pulao Biryani Masala 100g

1. Pulao Masala is a spice. This special blend spice is used in a small quantity during cooking rice. Add a subtle flavor to the cooked rice dish.

National Foods Sindhi Biryani Masala Recipe Mix 50g

Ingredients:

Salt, Prune, Red chili, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Mango powder, Mace, Nutmeg, Black pepper, Clove, Citric acid, Cumin seeds

Cooking steps:

1. Heat the oil and fry the onion until light brown. Add meat, yogurt, ginger paste and garlic paste, green chilies and Sindhi Biryani national recipe mix.

2. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.

3. For meat/lamb, add 4-5 cups of water (water is not required for chicken) and cook on a low flame until the meat is half cooked.

4. Add potatoes and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

5. In a separate pan, take 12 cups of water, add 3 tablespoons of Leumi salt and boil the rice for up to 3 days.

6. In a large pan, place a layer of beef curry, layer tomatoes, cilantro, mint leaves and cover with rice.

7. Cook for 5 minutes on high flame, then 10 minutes on reduced heat.

8. Delicious Sindhi Biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
