Directions:
Pound each chicken breast to 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt evenly over the chicken. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pounded chicken and cook 6 minutes on each side until done. Remove the chicken from skillet and keep warm. Add broth, chilli sauce, and fish sauce and bring it to a boil. Scrap the pan to loosen browned bits. Cook until the broth mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup (about 4 minutes). Remove it from heat add lime juice and peanut butter. Keep stirring until smooth. Garnish with peanuts and also serve sauce over the chicken before plating it out.
