Made of cooked grape must + wine vinegar, aged in wood barrels for at least 60 days. Acidity 6% - density min. 1.22 - NO CARAMEL COLOURING ADDED.
Use it for: mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, grilled, roast and boiled white and red meat, fish and seafood, omelettes, fried and scambled eggs, baked, boiled, mashed potatoes, rice and noodles.
