The grapes come from vineyards located in the interior of recent morainic origin, on shallow soils with pebbles, particularly suitable for producing fresh berries with good acidity.
The clusters, hand-picked in the fullest of their organoleptic characteristics, followed the procedure of the Franciacorta Brut dibase with the selection of the first fractions obtained from the pressing.
Franciacorta Extra Brut has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine perlage surrounded by a delicious crown of chin.
The palate is dry, immediate, lively freshness, with good flavor andminerality.
The nose is broad to pick up the typical scents of dagrume flowers and fresh fruit.
Ideal as an aperitif with oysters, raw shrimps, tempura and Grana Padano cheese
