The Corvina brewed are all late harvest grapes produced in the Venoto region of Italy. EU certified organic vineyards on the shores of Lake Jorda, Corvina is one of the three major grape varieties for making amarone. High Acidity and deep color with the Amarone being thickbut does not contain much tannins so the overall feeling is much lighter, smoother and softer.
