This special sparkling wine is secondarily fermented from wine bottles and matured for 25 months under certain conditions.
Shiny rose salmon colour. Fine and persistant bubbles. Intense aromas of cherries and raspberries.
The finish is slightly sweet with wild srawberries. The palate is fresh and elegant.
Food Suggestions: Beef, Grilled Salmon, seafood with rich sauce, red fruits and desserts.
