Whip up super-simple and scrumptious flapjacks for breakfast

This baked flapjack recipe can be served as a dessert or for breakfast with syrup or ice cream.

Method

  • Place the Snowflake Flapjack EasyMix into mixing bowl.

  • Lightly beat eggs, oil, milk and add the EasyMix and whisk until batter is smooth with no lumps.

  • Allow mixture to stand 20 minutes before putting in oven.

  • Top it with strawberries.

  • Bake at 180° Celsius for 15 minutes or till golden brown.
