COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
PRE COOKING
Soak 1cup (200gm) rice in water for 30 – 45 minutes,then drain out the water.
OPEN POT
Boil 6 – 8 cups of water. Add soaked rice. Cook uncovered for 15 – 20 minutes on medium heat while stirring occasionally.
Remove from stove and drain out the water. Fluff and serve.
COVERED POT
Combine soaked rice and 1½ cup of water. Bring to boil and stir occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, let rice remain covered for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
Microwave
Cook soaked rice in 1½ cups of water in the microwave for 3 minutes on High setting. Remove from microwave, fluff and serve hot.
