Silver Señor Weber Brazilian Rum is the result of the unique combination of sugar cane juice (70%) and molasses (30%) distilled in an artisanal copper pot still.
Matured for 6 months in a stainless steel tank, this white rum offers a harmonious and delicate balance with its floral aromas faithful to sugar cane.
It is the classic reference for the preparation of a mojito or a daiquiri of excellence thanks to its qualitative neutrality which allows it to be perfectly integrated into the composition of a high-end cocktail.

Gold Señor Weber Brazilian Rum is the result of the combination of sugar cane juice (70%) and molasses (30%) distilled in an artisanal copper pot still.
Its 3-year aging process offers a unique complexity in its notes and aromas. Aged the first year in an amburana wooden cask, the rum is then aged for 1 year in a bálsamo wooden cask (wood originating from Brazil) then a final year in American oak barrels.
3 different woods were used to achieve this aromatic complexity.
