The history of the Weber family begins in Brazil in 1824, when they migrated from the city of Hunsruck in Germany to southern Brazil. They settled in the forests on the slopes of Serra Gaúcha, currently the city of Ivoti, more precisely on a small plot of land, Lot 48.
Characteristics
WH 48 Gin Amburana Special batch is a juniper distillate with the addition of infusions of the traditional Gaúcho Mate Herb of the species ilex paraguariensis, native ginger from 48 batch of the Weber Haus Family, fresh sugar cane leaves and passing through a wooden barrel of Amburana. WH 48 Gin stands out for its botanical aromatics used in its elaboration, which brings its differentiated freshness with a unique design to the bottle.
Affective Sensory Notes
Crystalline amber appearance due to the passage in the amburana barrel, which gives it a woody, floral and mildly sweet flavor. It has light spicy touches, freshness and refreshing finish marked by ginger.
