Pre-order or commonly abbreviated as PO is a shopping system where the Customer makes ORDER and PAYMENT BEGINNING, with a waiting period (estimate / estimate) that has been informed and agreed upon.

Oh yes, there are a few notes regarding this system. A pre-order for a product can also be canceled if, for example, the seller doesn't get the item in stock, you know.
If the conditions are like this, then like it or not, the payment that has been transferred by the buyer will be returned later ( refund ).
