The Baroness Nadine Chardonnay by Rupert & Rothschild is a soft, varietal and balanced white wine from the South African wine-growing region of the Western Cape.
In the glass, this wine shimmers in a glittering straw yellow with light golden highlights. The nose is taken up by a complex bouquet. Expressive aromas of peach blossoms, lemon, gooseberries and mango are revealed - accompanied by fine nuances of tender nougat and lightly roasted macadamia nuts. This South African white wine presents a wonderfully fresh acidity on the palate, which harmonises perfectly with the soft texture and the very good structure. The pleasantly long finish is accompanied by a hint of exotic fruits.
