Rosen Bitter Alpine Rose Italian Liquor 1L | 25.4% ALC VOL

Rosen Bitter is an alcoholic liqueur obtained from the infusion of mountain herbs and berries. The infusion takes place in special containers and lasts about 20 days. Some essences such as that of the rose or laurel are obtained by distillation in order to achieve a greater aromatic exaltation. At the end the raw products (single infusions rather than distillates) are mixed. However, the blend obtained needs at least 20 days of "rest" before bottling. This last process is necessary in order to amalgamate all the aromas and thus obtain a bitter with an intense and harmonious taste, particularly versatile, so as to be the perfect base for many of the more classic cocktails.


The botanicals are infused individually as soon as they are harvested , each in a mixture with a different alcohol content, to obtain the best aromatic result from each raw material. Once the infusion is complete, the solid part is separated and pressed to recover all the liquid absorbed by the spices. Subsequently, the different infusions are meticulously filtered and then mixed together in different proportions. The characteristic notes of the product arise from a careful and meticulous search for flavors and aromas, made up of tests and experiments, in order to obtain the harmonious balance between the botanicals, and make them simply become "Rosen Bitter".
