GINSTR Stuttgart Dry Gin and its ingredients
Almost every ingredient that finds its way into the GINSTR Stuttgart Dry Gin comes from Stuttgart and the region, or from home cultivation. The remaining ingredients are obtained from regional dealers in the Stuttgart market hall.
The water is the finest water from Lake Constance, which is enriched with Cannstatt mineral water and macerated with many, namely 46 botanicals.
Classic ingredients are specially grown, so juniper berries are grown in their own vineyards in Remstal and the citrus fruits are specially grown. Also encounter cardamom, coriander, orange blossom, rosemary, kaffir lime leaves, licorice, hibiscus flowers and pomegranate seeds. All in all, a harmoniously balanced and multi-faceted dry gin that complements fruity nuances with tart, spicy aromas.
In the nosing, both aromas of juniper and citrus notes are clearly noticeable. It then becomes tart-spicy with rosemary and cardamom in the taste, which is accompanied by fresh kaffir lime draws. The finish is balanced and pleasantly light.
